Greg O’Leary

For the past 3 years, Greg has led PTSB’s Digital Banking Programme, a key component of the Bank’s €150m focused investment in its technology transformation. Recognising the changing needs of both new and existing customers, PTSB embarked on a journey to transform its digital offerings while also focusing on delivering secure, resilient, and scalable digital capabilities for the future.The focus on digital transformation has been rewarded with significant growth in customer adoption and increased customer satisfaction as we strive to combine the best of technology and our people to deliver an exceptional banking experience. PTSB’s Digital Current Account and Digital Mortgage Journey have both been recognised at the FS Awards, picking up the ‘Most Innovative Banking Product’ and overall ‘Grand Prix’ awards respectively.     Greg has over 25 years’ experience working in the Irish banking sector, the last 9 of which have been with PTSB. Greg graduated with a BSc. Finance from University College Cork and completed an Executive MBA at the Smurfit Graduate School of Business.
