Miriam Dunne

Head of Innovation and Stakeholder Engagement, Central Bank of Ireland

Miriam is currently Head of Innovation and Stakeholder Engagement in the Policy and Risk Directorate of the Central Bank. Miriam has 12 years Central Bank experience having previously led the Bank’s Stockbroking Supervision Function, Investment Firm Authorisation Function and the Bank’s Client Asset Specialist Team in the Consumer Protection Directorate. Prior to joining the Central Bank, Miriam has worked as a senior finance professional in industry holding prior roles as Head of Finance for Cantor Fitzgerald Stockbrokers, Finance Director for Eversheds Sutherland Law Firm and Head of Finance for JM Huber Corporation alongside the position of executive director on the Board. Miriam trained as an Accountant with Allied Irish Bank and has lectured part time in the ACCA accounting foundation course in Independent College Dublin. Miriam is also currently a member of the Irish Red Cross Audit and Risk Committee.
